We would like to make any new patients aware that our timeline for New Patient visits has increased to 10-14 weeks. With this increase, it becomes even more important to both our staff, and other patients at our practice, to show up to those appointments or let the practice know well in advance if you aren't able to make it. We will continue to send multiple reminders via email, text, and phone to help patients keep their appointments.
If for any reason, you are unable to keep a new patient appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show and a $50 fee will be assessed. This fee must be paid by the patient before the appointment is rescheduled. The fee may be waived at our discretion and this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Existing patients will continue to abide by the $40 no-call/no-show policy previously identified in our Policies paperwork.
We regret that this fee is being added but our wait time has increased recently due to an influx of new patients and we have had several New Patient no-shows which compound the issue. We hope this will aid in reducing wait times for new patient appointments and accommodate as many people as possible.
